When I gift the Wicked Local Daily Deal to a friend, will they have access to my account information?
No, on the Wicked Local Daily Deal voucher there is a record of the transaction, the purchaser's name, and the gifted consumer's name, along with a unique 10-digit code. The payment information is secure on a site that no consumer has access to.
Can I combine the Wicked Local Daily Deal with other offers the merchant might have presented previously?
No, each Wicked Local Daily Deal has its own terms. Including but not limited to:
- May not be used for alcohol.
- No cash back for unused portion.
- No cash value for coupon.
- Not valid with any other promotion.
- Tax and gratuity are not included.
- No refunds. All sales are final.
What if the merchant does not honor the offer?
